Service & maintenanceServices Offered MPC Services, our parent company is a different type of company to the servicing department of most manufacturing companies. We do not maintain just one manufacturer’s product, but looks after our client’s entire stock of sewage treatment plants, septic tanks and filter beds, pumping stations, water harvesters and associated equipment. A recent check showed eighteen of our first twenty clients remain under contract to this day. A testament to the level of customer service offered. We now carry out 2500 scheduled and non-scheduled service visits a year and has a data base of over 1000 satisfied customers. With an MPC Services contract you get access to our 365 day a year contract cover... Gold Star – A service contract that includes service visits, breakdown cover, repair of major mechanical and electrical components. One annual fee or monthly Direct Debit. Gives peace of mind and makes budgeting easy. Gold Star Plus – A tailored package to cover every aspect of day to day maintenance, giving complete peace of mind. All of the above plus additional items not covered in the standard Gold Star package including internal pipework, blocked and faulty valves within pumping stations. Also includes the organization of tankering and jetting, sampling and Environment Agency correspondence. A complete turnkey operation. Gold Star Upgrade – If an existing system is too old or obsolete, the system is refurbished using the modern equivalent of the equipment on site. It is then paid back on a 3, 5 or 10 year Gold Star payment plan. The cost incurred in the upgrade is offset by the saving in repairs. Standard Service Contract – Either 6 monthly or annual service. Keeps equipment in good working condition and hi-lights expensive potential failures. None Service Contract – Ideal for one off inspection visit to ascertain the condition of a piece of equipment. Ideal for buyers, sellers and contractors signing off equipment before handing over. Commissioning – Essential to ensure the installed equipment is set up correctly. The most important of all the service visits. Incorrectly set up equipment can invalidate warranties. How does it work? Standard Service agreement If you are interested in a service contract simply call or E-mail with your details:- name, address, email, contact number and the equipment type (if in doubt just telephone, we are here to help). If you wish to proceed, we will then set a mutually convenient date for the service visit and take a payment for a standard service visit. The service visit will take place and the equipment will be assessed and serviced. You the customer will then receive a service sheet including recommendations and a quotation if required. We will also include a service contract. The next step is to sign and send back the contract with payment (less what you have previously paid) for any parts used. Any remedial work required is then discussed and rectified. The next service visit is then scheduled in. At the beginning of the month when the next service is due, we will contact you and book a convenient date. This method allows you to assess whether or not we have performed to your expectations before entering into a contract. Gold Star Service agreement If you are interested in a Gold Star service contract simply call or E-mail with your details:- name, address, email, contact number and the equipment type (if in doubt just telephone, we are here to help). If you wish to proceed, we will then set a mutually convenient date for a Standard service visit and take a payment for this amount. The service visit will take place and the equipment will be assessed and service undertaken. You the customer will then receive a service sheet with any recommendations and if required a quotation, complete with a fixed price for a Gold Star service contract. All you do then is sign and send back the contract. If required, any remedial work is discussed and rectified. This can be paid for before the contract is signed, or built into the contract. We will then send a Gold Star contract and an invoice for the first period of the contract (less what you have previously paid). The next service visit is then scheduled in. At the beginning of the month when the next service is due, we will contact you and book a convenient date. This method allows you to assess whether or not we have performed to your expectations before entering into a contract. Gold Star + Plus Service agreement If you are interested in a Gold Star Plus service contract simply call or E-mail with your details:- name, address, email, contact number and the equipment type (if in doubt just phone, we are here to help). If you wish to proceed, we will then set a mutually convenient date for a Standard service visit and take a payment for this amount. The service visit will take place and the equipment will be assessed and service undertaken. You the customer will then receive a service sheet along with a total service plan with recommendations for the ongoing lifetime maintenance of the equipment. We then sit down and discuss budgets and requirements. Once we are agreed a fixed price contract is agreed. All you do then is sign and send back the contract. If required, any remedial work is then discussed and rectified. This can be paid for before the contract is signed, or built into the contract. We will then send a Gold Star contract and an invoice for the first period of the contract (less what you have previously paid). The next service visit is then scheduled in. At the beginning of the month when the next service is due, we will contact you and book a convenient date. This method allows you to assess whether or not we have performed to your expectations before entering into a contract. Gold Star -Upgrade agreement This is a particularly useful product if the equipment you own is very old and unreliable. If you are interested in a Gold Star-Upgrade service contract simply call or E-mail with your details:- name, address, email, contact number and the equipment type (if in doubt just phone, we are here to help). If you wish to proceed, we will then set a mutually convenient date for a Standard service visit and take a payment for this amount. The service visit will take place and the equipment will be assessed and service undertaken. You the customer will then receive an assessment of the equipment including a refurbishment price plus a total service plan. This service plan can be tailored over 3, 5 or up to 10years and includes the initial refurbishment of the equipment and its maintenance for the length of the contract. We then sit down and discuss budgets and requirements. Once this is agreed the contract is signed and the first year of the contract is paid in advance. The equipment is then totally refurbished and we take over the day to day running of the equipment managed from one of our telemetry systems. At the end of the contract period the equipment is then handed back to the customer or the contract is renewed. Scheduled service visits with service sheets are as other contracts. We'll look after your whole system from just £239 a year + VAT, or you can pay £60 + VAT quarterly by credit card or standing order. This is the only cost you will incur, subject to the system initially being in a serviceable condition, and you property being no more than 4 bedrooms.
