Payment Terms

1. All items ordered shall be paid for in full by cleared funds prior to delivery to site. 
2. A 25% deposit is required upon placing the order for larger items or items of a bespoke nature unless negotiated prior to order.
3. Drainstore.com accept all forms of payment including most major debit and credit cards. 
4. Drainstore.com do not accept payment by American Express charge cards.
5. Drainstore.com will pass on any charges levied by the National Westminster Card Services Department in relation to payment by credit or charge cards to the customer. Fees for Mastercard and Visa credit card transactions are 2.5%. There are no fees for payment taken by debit cards.
6. Payment may also be made by bank transfer. For details of our bank account, please contact us on 01773 767611.
7. We also accept payment by cheque, however funds must be cleared before any item is delivered.
8. When ordering items over a total cost of £2,000.00 online, Drainstore.com will not take payment automatically without calling the customer first. This is to ensure delivery dates can be discussed and agreed. We will also check that the item ordered is correct for the application.
9. Account facilities may be available subject to credit checks. For an application form, please call the accounts department on 01773 767611 or email accounts@drainstore.com. 
10. Should account facilities be granted, we would usually request that the first item ordered be paid for in full, with any subsequent orders taken using the credit account.
