Drainstore offer a full maintenance, service and emergency call-out package to ensure sewage systems are serviced regularly in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations.
Our customers include the National Trust, Local Councils, Housing Associations, Crown Estates and many private individuals. We also provide a fully engineered solution service which now allows our customers to have a complete end-to-end service from one independent company.
An example of our expertise in the engineered solution field can be seen at Hoar Cross Hall. The project utilised the expertise of our in-house design specialists together with input from the German manufacturers. This resulted in a tailor-made solution being designed and completed, with the plant being the largest of its kind in the UK, and one of the largest in the world.
We have also assisted the National Trust at Kedleston Hall in solving their sewage treatment issues by building an environmentally friendly telemetry and monitoring system specifically for their needs, and strengthened our links with the NHBC, who now not only use us in an advisory capacity, but also employ us as a preferred installer.
Our offices also house our unique telemetry monitoring system which has been built to allow malfunctions on treatment plants and pumping systems to be reported to us direct, 24 hours a day ensuring an early response to any faults.
