Scope of supply The Evamatic boxes are equipped with: 1 access cover Ø 530 mm 1 ventilation opening Ø 100 mm 1 inlet Ø 100 mm 1 or 2 discharge outlets DN 50 or 65 mm – EN 12 050-1 Options : Hand pump Ball valve and valve kit. Possible installation of a 250 mm extension piece Alarm switchgear (Evamatic–Box twin pumping stations only) Motor Single–phase a.c. motor 230 V – 50 Hz with integrated overload protection. Three–phase asynchronous motor 400 V – 50 Hz, d.o.l. starting. Motors IP 68, thermal class F to EN 60529 / IEC 529. Advantages Strong, stand alone, fully automatic system Market leading product for domestic or commercial applications Simple installation, either free standing or buried in the ground Supplied ready for installation No clogging (Vortex or cutter impeller) The pump must not be used in countries where pumps handling sewage with faeces are subject to explosion protection regulations.      Evamatic-Box Single – 1 box in high–density polyethylene with UV protection; capacity 190 l. – 1 cover Ø 530 mm. – 2 sleeves Ø 100 with seal for inlet and ventilation. – 1 kit for installation of the pump. – 1 outlet cable + 1 male plug. – 1 transportable submersible motor pump set (Ama–Porter 5 – –, 6 – –, S 545) mounted on box bottom – easy and quick dismantling. – Float switch (on/off) mounted directly on the pump Evamatic-Box Double – 1 box in high–density polyethylene with UV protection; capacity 500 l. – 1 cover Ø 530mm. – 2 sleeves Ø 100 with seal for inlet and ventilation. – 2 discharge pipes in PVC nominal diameter 50/65. – 1 set of outlet cable. – 2 transportable submersible motor pumps sets (Ama–Porter 5 – – NE, 5 – – ND, 6 – – NE, 6 – – ND ou S 545) – 3 float switches for pump on/off control 2 for automatic operating, 1 for high level alarm (alarm to order separatly) – For all designs, 1 switchgear of series AC to standard NF C 15.100. Automatic operating mode Evamatic-Box Single Automation is ensured by the float switch (on/off) which is installed directly on the pump. Evamatic-Box Double Three float switches are installed inside the box at the levels NB, N1 and AL.
