Drainstore have links with most of the major manufacturers of waste water systems and pump stations.
Our site experience and expertise also makes us one of the most widely recognised installers in the industry. The installation of waste water treatment systems and pump stations often requires a great deal of thought and consideration prior to commencement of the work. We adopt the same approach to all jobs to ensure that the customer is aware of the implications of installation at their site.
Using our many years of experience, we are in a position to be able to assist the customer in chosing the relevant sewage system for the particular application. This involves considering the quality of the discharge that is required, the aesthetic effect on its surroundings, the purchase price, and the ultimate running costs. These factors will then be taken into account in order to determine which manufacturers’ plant we would recommend.
After choosing the sewage system, the location is carefully marked out together with the drain runs. The customer is then walked through the proposed system to ensure they are fully aware of all aspects of the job.
Prior to any work starting, photographs of the existing area are also taken to ensure reinstatement to the existing style and standard can be achieved. Also before work starts, plants and shrubs are removed and kept for re-planting.
Once work has commenced, our staff liaise with customers at all stages to give complete peace of mind. On completion, the site is reinstated to its previous condition or redesigned should the client wish.
In 1998 Klargester, the market leader in the manufacture of waste water management systems, realised that they required installation companies to competently install their product, as at the time, they had little knowledge of the complexities surrounding the physical installation of their plants. Initially, approximately 40 companies were vetted and over a 12-month period the quality of their installations, workmanship and general customer approach was examined. After this period, we were proud to be one of only seven companies offered approval as Certified Installer, a partnership that still exists today. Every year the Certified Installer title is reviewed, and we are still one of only two of the original companies to maintain this status.
We also have links with the other manufacturers in the industry. These are Titan, WPL, Balmoral and Allerton. Conder have also made us one of their approved installers. We are also now recognised by KSB as one of their top 10 distributors in the industry for their pump stations.
