Description This system is used for the de watering of basements. The sump pump ensures that should flooding occur, the basement stays dry, protecting your possessions. The Supersump includes 2 robust cast iron pumps with built in mechanical float switch. The pumps are capable of pumping smoothly and quietly. It resists clogging, and can pass solids up to 12mm. Although the pump is very quiet, the discharge pipe is equipped with 2 rubber fittings for additional sound and vibration reduction. Integral waterwatch alarm will alert you should the level of water rise too high in the event of a failiure. A sump pump is a necessary element of a basement waterproofing system.  It protects should one of the following three problems occur. 1. Your pump fails, 2. Your pump is unable to cope in the event of keep up in a heavy rain 3. The power fails. The TripleSafe Sump Pump System has three pumps to give you complete protection. If your first pump fails, the second one takes over. If your first pump can’t keep up, then it and a powerful second pump run at the same time more than doubling capacity. If your power goes out, an UltraSump Battery Back-up Pump takes over automatically. The UltraSump includes its own DC operated pump, a second automatic switching system, a “smart” charging system, and a specially designed battery. UltraSump Battery Back-up Pumping System... Pump 3 is a DC operated pump which means if your power or circuit breakers fail, this pump operates off battery power to get the water out' completing your protection. (Battery and automatic charging system are included). Zoeller M-53 1/3 hp Pump... Pump 1 does the pumping most of the time. It is reliable, efficient, smooth running 1/3 hp cast iron pump. The on and off switching on all 3 pumps is automatic. Zoeller M-98 ½ hp High Volume Pump... Pump 2 operates when either pump 1 fails, or if pump 1 can not keep up with a heavy flow of water. Then pumps 1 & 2 operate at the same time. Because they are separate discharge pipes, they will remove up to 28,000 Litres per hour out of your basement. As pump 2 is bigger, it gives a boost when you need it. The unique “figure eight” design allows three sump pump, two AC and one DC to fit perfectly in the TripleSafe chamber. The innovative chamber and lid can accommodate two separate discharge lines, allowing twice the volume of water to be removed from the basement. The patented WaterWatch Alarm sounds off like a smoke detector if the water rises above the point where the pumps should turn on. This warns you there is a problem before any damage occurs.
