Description Balmoral Sample Chamber A purpose made chamber for connecting to the outlet pipework of sewage treatrment plants enabling the easy sampling of the final effluent.  Sample chambers are normally situated 2 - 3 metres downstream from the tank or treatment plant with the inlet pipe being solid 110mm uPVC.
